Hi everyone, welcome to my personal space.

I'll be using this site to introduce myself and answer any questions you may have.

It will also be used to mention and highlight my personal sponsors as well as the corporate help I hope to secure.

So, come in and enjoy.

I thought you may wish to know a little bit more about my background so here goes:

I'm from Leeds, Yorkshire and have been riding bikes for approximately 21 years.

I have a son, Liam, at 3 years old he is well on the way to being fully converted (Or brainwashed if you prefer) to the world of REAL road racing. He actually attended his first Oliver's Mount meeting at the ripe old age of 5 months !!

I work for Network Rail, in the Signalling and Telecommunications Engineering department based at Holbeck Depot, Leeds.

I ride a Suzuki GSXR750K5 and my favourite piece of kit is my one piece made to measure race suit.

I went to my first TT in 1991 and , in common with many TT fans, my year revolves around this great event. I marshall there, at Birkin's Bend usually, but felt that I could do more to support the racers. So I hope to give a little back by attempting this ride in aid of the two Manx based charirties.

The proprietor of the legendary Squires Cafe has granted permission for me to canvas his customers for sponsorship on the run up to the ride.

Situated in Newthorpe, near Sherburn in Elmet, the cafe has provided a warm welcome to bikers for many many years, in fact my Dad used to go there in the sixties and seventies (the old location was in Sherburn).
