The Lay FRATRES Community |
|
A Semi-Monastic and Active Community of Young Roman
Catholic Men dedicated in a Life of Prayer. |
|
What does FRATRES mean? FRATRES means "Brothers" because we are a
community of young men. Even though we live in our own family and home,
we are still one. One in prayer. Every Saturday, we gather together to
pray as a Community. As one Brothers. We Serve the Church and the People through Prayer. We are not cloistered as like the Benedictine or other Monks. We became semi-monastic because of they way of our prayer. We Pray for the Church and the World; We pray for Families and especially for your intentions. But most of all, because we are altar servers too, we pray for all Altar Servers that they may serve our Church and our Lord with more love and devotion. |
The FRATRES Community is
connected with the Ministry for the Promotion of Holy Men and Women,
because our founder believes that prayers must be accompanied with the
intercessions of the Holy People recognized by Mother Church especially
our Blessed Mother. |
