As a baby-sitter myself, I sometimes need help with some clients I get. Here is a checklist every babysitter should have before going to any client's house:
The Parent's First and Last names:
Home Address:
Name, phone # and location of where the clients will be:
Time expected to arrive home:
Where spare house key is kept:
First Aid Kit is kept:
Medications are kept:
Children's Allergies, Likes/Dislikes Health problems, etc.
Emergency Number if clients cannot be reached:
Extra key to child's room (in case child accidently locks self in room) and bathroom
List of TV. shows/ movies that are acceptable and unacceptable for child to watch.
