Thanks for taking the time to look at my cakes. I took the Wilton courses a couple of years ago and became somewhat infatuated with cake decorating. I make a cake whenever possible. I spend at least 10 hours on each cake so I have a lot of practicing to do but I really feel I have found my passion in life, well besides my wonderful family. I love the looks on the faces of my friends and family when I hand over a cake. I am going to keep practicing and maybe one day I will make it to the food network cake challenge. Those who know me would laugh because they know i would never get up in front of all those people, I would be a nervous wreck.
