Welcome to Last Chance Rabbit Rescue. We are primarily here for the interest of unwanted, neglected and mistreated rabbits. However, we will consider taking in guniea pigs as well, depending on the space available at the time. However, if we can not help you personally then we will do our up most to put you in touch with someone who can help.
We decided to open this Rescue Centre in 2007 so we are very new and need lots of support to get us up and running and helping rabbits out there that need our help.
The rabbit you can see in the picture is my insperation for this Rescue. She was rescued, believe it or not, from a pet shop. She was in a terrible state, which was unacceptable, but she is now doing very well and is now up for adoption. Angel will never be forgotten and will always have a special place in my heart.
As a newly established rescue we are looking for the following:
- Foster homes for rabbits that come our way, I am based in South Wales but will consider most places as this will help to expand us as a rescue.
- Home visitors in all areas to visit the homes of prospective adopters.
- Fund Raisers to help rasie funds to pay for food, bedding, vet bills etc.
- Transporters to pick up rabbits and take them to their foster placements.
