located in Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, is partnering with Celebrity
Chef David McMillan for Holland America's Mediterranean Enchantment
Cruise in conjunction with Food & Wine magazine. The cruise will
depart out of Rome, Italy on September 8th, 2007. Cyndy is an
experienced travel agent and meeting planner who specializes in giving
guests personal service. She has been planning meetings internationally
for over 15 years and has been in the travel industry for over five
years. One of her specialties is group cruises for conferences and
meetings. She plans to be on the cruise to make sure her clients are
well taken care of and will be accompanied by her husband, Spencer, who
is a European Travel Specialist, also.
Chef David, a California native, studied fine arts and sculpture at
Boston University before a stay in Europe set him on a culinary course
which has taken him to Atlanta, Beverly Hills and LA as well as the
wine country in France and California. David has been chef, owner and
caterer for top-rated restaurants, hotels, Hollywood celebrities and
world dignitaries. At the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, David served
as executive chef for the World Broadcasters division of the Atlanta
Committee of the Olympic Games, where he was responsible for creating
and preparing cuisine at seven dining facilities.
David is now chef and owner of 62 Main in Colleyville .
He has created a neighborhood restaurant that he would like to hang out
in. The food is shaped from McMillan's Northern California roots and
times that he spent working in Bordeaux, Burgundy and Napa. Fresh
products play off of each other and are entwined together enticingly in
a way that shows off wines, as well as creating great food.

million renovation to create the new Culinary Arts Center facilities.
