Bio:

I grew up in the Happy Days era in the blue collar town of Pontiac, Mi. I can still remember when the first McDonalds opened in town.

I was raised in a loving family, two brothers and two sisters, one each older and younger, a middle child, and Mom was a stay at home Mom, as most Moms were in the fifties and Dad was a fireman. Like most young men in the area I went directly to work in a local automotive factory, GM Truck and Coach after high school.

In the mid sixties, I was drafted into the Army and spent two tours in Viet Nam. Upon return to civilian life I returned to the factory, bought a new 1969 GTO and prowled Woodward Ave, attended college for a short time until work and life took over.

I found a nitch in the tool and die world, liked it and went back to school to finish up on my engineering degree. Got a job as a tooling engineer at General Motors and once again work and life took hold and forty years later I'm still working on my degree, but not very hard.

A few of years after getting out of the Army I met my current love Jann, we raised a couple of kids.

In April 2006 I lost my best friend, my wife Jann, after thirty-two wonderful years.

Herbie the pooch and I currently reside in Waterford, Michigan.
