Welcome to 'La Fermette'
| La Petite Fermette - or small farm - is a recently restored, detached cottage and barn set in a good size garden with adjoining lake, in the small hamlet of Prisse. All this in a quiet, rural setting with views to the famous 'Chateau de l'Herm'. The cottage has been fully restored and incorporates original features and exposed beams. There's a bright living/dining room with kitchen corner, equipped with washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, iron etc.

In the downstairs reception hall you'll find the old fireplace, shower room and WC. Upstairs, there's a large double bedroom with king size bed, chest of drawers and hanging space - oh, and great views over the surrounding countryside towards Chateau de l'Herm. There's also a twin bedroom with chest of drawers -again with great views.
Outside there is a specious south-facing terrace and garden of over half an acre, adjoining a small lake.
