Final Fantasy Sites
All World Final Fantasy- Many an hour have I spent posting on these forums. The members are all friendly and the staff are good (excluding myself :P)
FF Symphony- THE place for midis, lyrics and the like.
FF Guides- Very good FF info for 7-9!
Graphics/Anime
Setsunakute- This is brilliant for all sorts of graphics and tutorials. It provided a great deal of inspiration for my own graphics site, Suteki Yume. It also has good anime series info.
Day Dream Graphics- Great tutorials plus loads and loads of layouts to choose from!
Hayakku- A lovely site with a lovely webmistress and lots of avatars, buttons, layouts and more... Good selection of anime reviews
Kylara- The place to go if you're looking for an avatar. They have, literally, hundreds!
Aishiteru- A Naru shrine with lots of love Hina info and links to other sites just as good!
Webmasters
Freewebs- A good place to host your site, it's the one I use (there are no big ads or anything, although it does require you to put a link on every page)Bravenet- An extremely good site host! It has a LOT of good webmaster resources. On thing is, it sticks a great big advertisement at the top of every page, which looks horrible. That'e the only reason I do use it. If you don't mind that, then it's perfect.
Lissa Explains- An EXTREMELY good html site. This is the place I learnt all the html I know. It's meant for children, so it's all set out in a simple form that's easy to understand.
My Friends' Sites Zanza's Blog- The blog of my good friend Zanza, who doesn't me to reveal his real name! :P
Leah's blog- Well, it's a blog and it's.... uh.... Leah's ^_^
