1. You may use my bases to create dressed dolls for you or your friends.

2. You may change the lips, eyes, & skin tones of my bases. You may also make small alterations to the hands and faces to suit your needs. You may swap base heads with the same base on a different pose. If you make any large alterations, especially ones that make the base harder to recognize, please email me to get my prior permission.

3. You may not use any of my bases towards profit. You also may not use my bases on commercial sites. Meaning if you sell things for real currencies from your site, you may not use my bases on them.

4. You may use my bases to make things to sell for forum currencies.

5. If you create a doll with one of my bases, please provide a link back to http://www.freewebs.com/land-of-enchantment/ somewhere on your site giving me credit for the base. It does not need to be on the same page. It can be textual or with one of my banners which can be found on my links page.

6- You may not edit my bases and then claim them as your own. If you have edited them even a lot, they are still my copyrighted works and credit should still be given back to my site.

7- You may make layouts from my bases, after you have dressed the base of course, for yourself.

8- Please do not redistribute my bases, lineart or props as is from your site.

9- Do not direct link to any of the images on this site.

10- You may recolor or edit the props or lineart to suit your needs, but please still give me credit for the original outline.

11- You may use bases to create dolls to enter in contests.

12- You may use my bases for a base edit contest but if you ask for prior permission from me, I'd definitely appreciate it.

13- You may not edit my dolls and pixels in anyway. Editing includes re-colouring, resizing and frankendolling.

14- You may not save my dolls and pixels and claim them as your own work.

15- If you adopt a doll or pixel, please provide a link back to http://www.freewebs.com/land-of-enchantment/ on the same page that doll appears on your site.

16- All the tutorials are under my copyright, and you don't have the permission to reproduce them in any way.

17- Please feel free to use your own colors choices when doing the tutorials, the colors I have used in the tutorials are there as a guide.

18- You may print out my tutorials for yourself.

19- Please do not translate my tutorials into other languages.

20- Please do not claim any of my outlines or tutorials as your own. The final results you get from coloring an outline or following a tutorial are yours, but the original copyright belongs to me.
