The Rules

Every good turn deserves another. The same is with rules. If you break them, I break your arm. Now before I start picking up my baseball bat you should start reading.
  1. You will not take anything off this site that was made by me and use them on your site or even outside of the internet with out my permission. This rule is made because some people think it's fun to plagiarize people. Plagiarism is stealing other peoples work and copying it without their permission and saying it is yours. If you do this to me I will send an evil chicken to eat you! Okay so I will actually give you a kick in your behind and sue you. Same thing really.
  2. You will not direct link anything.
  3. If I give you permission to use something of mine or let you take something like a wallpaper or post one of my stories on your site or someone else's site, you will have to state that it is mine if you place it on your/some other website or use it for any other purpose. Also, remember that you can not alter anything I created and you must get my permission to use anything of mine.
  4. You will not flame me or complain about the content of my website. If you don't like it you can leave.
  5. If you want to send me something, make sure it is E to PG-13 rated (artistic nudity is okay, sex is not). Unless it's something like a fan fiction or original fiction (please, no erotica or creepy sex acts/love such as necrophilia). I accept G to R rated stories. But NC-17 ones just make me sort of sick. And I will not post anything that is NC-17 and above. If possible, give me the link to the fan fiction site your fan fiction is hosted on or the link to the site your original fiction is on so I can link to it. Why? Because if I find it outstanding I want to share it with the few that do visit this site.
  6. All content on my site ranges from G to PG-13, not counting fan fiction. So if you're a little kid or if your little kid comes across this site and you start complaining about the content then sorry Jack but this site is still going to be up no matter what. You should know what your kids are looking at or if you're a kid you should know your limits and listen to your parents and the guide lines made for you and all that fun "carp."
  7. If you want to send email to me about any questions or comments (good ones hopefully) you may. You can find my email addresses at the start page of this website.You will not send me chain letters or spam. Nor will you stalk me, send me numerous email about the same topic or question over and over again, or anything that is already explained in this rules section.
  8. When I say my fan fiction. I mean my fan fiction. All fan fiction that's under the fan fiction page belongs to me, Jazz7, unless stated otherwise. But you can check to see if I have a link wrong by checking my profile at fanfiction.net. If a links wrong I'll change it immediately. There is also some content on this site that you can only see here and some content on fan fiction.net that you can only see there. So you have yet another reason to come back to this site.
  9. As stated in #9, if a link is wrong or broken I'll fix it as soon as I can. Please be patient. If the site is down wait a day or so before you start emailing me. If it takes more than 2 days to fix something like a layout problem (A technical not design issue. I don't make the layouts I just use them and I'm not changing my taste because you don't like it) I will post something ahead of the delay.
  10. If you think I'm breaking one of your site's rules by direct linking, stealing something from you, etc contact me and nicely tell me so. I'm sure we can work the problem out. But most likely this will never happen because I'm not a thief. The only things on this site that I don't own is the layouts, freewebs/webs.com (which is hosting my site),and the internet as well as the English language.
  11. FOLLOW ALL THE RULES!

For Reviewing

  1. Leave a review in the guestbook or email me.
  2. When writing a review: 1st the title of the review should be the title of the piece you are reviewing, 2nd your name or alias, 3rd the date, and 4th the review itself.
  3. Constructive criticism is accepted, just being plain rude is not. Make sure you have information or details to back up your claims, positive or otherwise.
  4. Do NOT label something a review in the guestbook or email when it is really spam or not a review at all. If you do this you will be banned from emailing me and from this site
  5. If you wish for me to contact you for updates or some other reason having to do with the work you are reviewing, then please leave you email address at the end of the review and state your reason for me contacting you.
  6. Please follow ALL rules. Breaking any of these rules will result in the punishments mentioned on #4. If you break any of these rules for fun it will not cause me to take the site down, but you will be banned and other unpleasant things will happen to you.
