It's sad to know that every day thousands of children right here in The United States of America are falling through the cracks of the child welfare system and court processes. I know because my Grandson is there. The simple truth is that many of these agencies who have been delegated authority and receive federal funding to "protect" children are defrauding the government by keeping kids in crisis and away from their family members who ARE trying to protect them. The federal government says this is a "state" issue and they can't get involved but this industry is in shambles and no longer a "state" issue. This is wide spread and warrants the federal government's intervention. Please visit any and all web sites that offer information about this issue and then contact your government officials to demand a state by state comprehensive investigation and a non-government employed, possibly volunteer panel for each State as an oversight committee to hold these people accountability. These children's civil rights are being violated on a regular basis and no one knows what to do or how to stop this.
