Lambda Mu Mission Statement :
We are a local philanthropic service group who gives of ourselves so that others in our community can have a better life. We are a local chapter to a national organization, Epsilon Sigma Alpha.
Our local theme for 2007 is "Believe in Yourself, Serving others, Changing lives" and our national motto is " All for one and one for all".
We are constantly looking for things we can do to raise awareness for local charities and causes. Our goal is to raise the most funds for whoever we can. Our causes are ever changing as the needs of the community around us become clear. We are a small group but mighty in our efforts.
We need others around us to assist us in many events annually. Anyone willing to give of their time and energy should please contact us. If you have a group from church, ladies organization or etc., please ask them about coming to visit us and learn more about what can be done in our community. New members are always welcome. If you ask "What can I do?" when there is a crisis or need expressed in the media about our community, we have the answer. Come be a part of something special and worthwhile.
