I started dolling around mid-June 2006. I had an attempt at it about a year ago, and got nowhere, but I tried again, and I'm happy with my progress. I've been inspired by many amazing dollers (to see them check out my links page, although the links there are by no means the only amazing sites), and soon I'm also going to try my hand at making my own bases. My background is mainly with traditional art and digital colourings of drawings, some of which you can see on my deviantart account.

About the site: I opened the site almost around the same time I started dolling (which was a bad idea, since now my first dolls are still on site and there's not enough content in it). It started at my old geocities account, and then only a few weeks after opening I got annoyed at geocities and switched to freewebs.
