Welcome to our webpage and thanks for visiting! We are a small, adult mobile home park conveniently located on beautiful, springfed, 20 thousand acre Lake Crescent in Crescent City; just a 30-45 minute drive to the "big" cities of Palatka, St. Augustine, Deland, and Ormond Beach. If your looking for AFFORDABLE year round living, a winter home, or a weekend getaway, this could be the place for you. Please click on pictures icon above to see the park and homes for sale.

Let us tell you a little bit about the park... 32 lots situated on 3 1/2 acres with 500 feet of waterfront nestled amongst tall live oaks and magnolias. The wildlife is magnificent here, including river otters, eagles, great blue herons, osprey, and a occasional alligator. Mobile homes are owned by the tenants and we rent the lots; we also have 4 rv lots available. The homes are older models that have been refurbished and are reasonably priced. Our lot rents average around $300. There is a long community dock with boat slips and a gazebo at the end for great fishing, crabbing, or just relaxing. By boat, you have access to Dunn's Creek, St. Johns River, and the Atlantic Ocean. We have a canal for kayaks, canoes, or sailboats. Winn Dixie grocery store is located across the street and a laundromat in the park.

Crescent City, "The Bass Capital of the World", is a wonderful small town with many stores, bed and breakfasts, motel, restaurants, banks, and a great library. Highway 17 runs right through the town connecting us with the rest of Florida.
