Each camper must fill out a registration/health card (one card, both sides) completely.
Return it with your parent's or guardian's signature to your sponsoring church.
Registrations need to be received by the camp manager two weeks before camp
to be eligible for the discount.
Church registration forms and payment need to be postmarked
and returned to the camp two weeks prior to the camp.
Camp Registration: 3:00-5:00 P.M.
CAMPS CONCLUDE:
1:00 P.M. - Men & Boys, Women & Gals
1:30 P.M. - Jr. Boys & Girls, Primary, Jr. High, and Sr. High
3:00 P.M. - Family
4:00 P.M. - Soccer, Basketball
