Former fans favourite and club manager (2006-07) Rob Fyffe, suprisingly quit last week after a successful reign as Lags manager.

Fyffe one of the first five players ever to appear in the lags famous red and white resigned in what is a shock to players and people close to the club.

Although he will continue to play for the lags, we wish him the very best and thank him for his services, after winning the McDougall cup, Beitler cup runners-up and maybe promotion in his first season, it will be a hard job for the new man (?) to better.

        The club has formed through different groups of friends attending Havering Sixth Form College and playing for the college football squad. Furthermore deciding to venture on holiday together in the summer of 2004 aged between 16-17. Many destinations were spoke of, however one seemed to tickle the taste buds of the 20 lads, it was a Greek island called Zakynthos, and the town called LAGANAS. The anticipation was fullfilled, the two week memory lived on, so it became an obvious choice when we decided to re-unite as a football team. There's only one team... Laganas!!!
