About Cabinet Laforest
CABINET LAFOREST came to life when, in 1987, three young professionals decided to create a law-firm which was destined to become one of the premier law-firms of the country.
Murielle Gardère, Yvan-Richard Maurasse and Robert Laforest formed Cabinet Laforest Maurasse & Associés. Said partnership lasted less than six months and the name was then changed to Cabinet Laforest & Associés which was kept for several years until the arrival of Gervais Charles into the firm when the name was changed to Cabinet Laforest Charles & Associés. That name was used by the law-firm until 1996 when it was finally changed to CABINET LAFOREST and since then the name has never changed.
From that day of September 1987 when it opened its door to the public, Cabinet Laforest established its mission as being "quality services to its clients and permanent availability to solve their legal needs".
