My name is Santonio Causwell and I am presently thirty four months old. Although my time here so far has been just a little while, I have experienced tremendous heartache. Due to a senseless act of violence, my mother Saudia Causwell was murdered at twenty years of age, while I was still in her womb.
I have to rely on very expensive medical equipment to breathe, eat and do for me, what healthy children my age, do on their own. The costs of my expenses are too much for my grandmother, yet every time she looks at me she continues to smile. My care requires 24 hours supervision and monitoring.
As a result and out of her love for me, my grandmother had to leave her job. My grandmother is a proud God fearing woman and continues to pray for me each and everyday.
However, my condition and huge medical expenses leaves her asking “why?” Why was her beautiful daughter, my mother, murdered and “where?” Where will the money come from to give her a helping hand? If you could find it in your heart to help me, it will answer at least one of my grandmother’s questions.
