2. You are allowed to enter ONE video per round. Rounds close after two weeks.
3. All videos must be your own.
4. NO STOLEN CLIPS!!! If I find them, your entry will be ignored and you will be disqualified from future rounds.
5. Your video must be accessible at time of judging with an active link to site with your video.
6. I must to be able to download your video. NO YOUTUBE please. Any free hosting service is accepted EXCEPT Megaupload and Rapidshare.
7. Please tag me on the tagboard after submitting a vid to ensure I have received your entry.
8. If a category has less then 2 entries it will not be judged.
9. Videos cannot be larger than 100 MB.
10. The only video formats I accept are: AVI, WMV, Divx, Quicktime, MPEG-4 and Zipped/RAR files.
11. If your video does not win anything, you may resubmit it only once more.
12. You may submit your video in up to five categories. Everyone is automatically eligible for Best Editing, Best Video, and Judge's Choice, so pick any other categories that suit your video.
13. If you have your own website, please link back to this site.
14. The secret message is: "I like my money right where I can see it... hanging in my closet. " for round 11, you must enter this message in the submission form so I am sure you have read the rules.
