Area 4 & 27 do ITV's

"Great British Body"

ITV are currently making a landmark new series called The Great British Body which is being hosted by Trinny and Susannah and a team of body experts, and Vikki Perry, Jo- Anne Till, Kayla Norman & Peggey Darby, members Area 4 & 27 Ladies Circle went along to the Birmingham roadshow see that is was all about.

The show wants to understand what the British body looks like in 2008 - and how we feel about it. So they invited people across the country to come along and participate in the nation’s first ever televised body audit. 

At the event they were gathering vital statistics and asking people to share their feelings about their bodies – all those bits we love and hate.

There geneticists were unravelling the mysteries that lie under our skin, our historian will be helping us understand where we come from and where we’re heading. There were fun experiments and Trinny and Susannah were recruiting participants for a uniquely British sculpture… which Vikki & Peggey signed up to do next weekend 26th April on the South Downs, so please tune in when shown on the TV to see if you can catch a glimpse of us.

Unfortunately we only managed to get & picture with the cardboard Trinny & Susannah but as you can see a great day was had by all and well worth making the effort to spend the day in Birmingham and upping the profile for Ladies Circle
