A
nature trip this summer that takes us to ECUADOR. It includes upper
Amazon experiences living with local tribal families, with a flight to
the Galapagos islands to sail amongst th0se amazing volcanic islands.
This location was not doable while on our RTW trip, but this time we
get to focus more on that amazing indian culture.
From my early years of Radio ham interests and listening in to short
wave stations from S. America like "RADIO QUITO" Ecuador.
"You are
listening to the Voice of the Andes from Quito, Ecuador".
This rare
nightly treat of picking up the english programme from such a far off
land is about to be realized and another dream comes true. Watch out for
more updates here and on our travel Blog site.
"Quito, Papallacta Hot Springs, Quichua Homestay, Amazon Jungle, Baños,
Cuenca, the Andes, Cayambe, Otavalo, Galapagos Islands."
This popular 24-day adventure offers the best of mainland Ecuador with
a once in a lifetime exploration of the Galapagos Islands. Get to know
Ecuador inside out as you visit the Amazon, the Andes, and the Islands,
missing nothing in between.

Welcome!
This web site has been set up as a link for our relatives and friends to be able to track our progress during the seventy four days of travel this summer. Jackie and I have been planning a Round The World trip for two years now. This trip will be a taster for all the locations we have dreamt of visiting. We will have little time to spend along the way but we hope to get a reasonable idea of what there is to see along this route, returning some day for a greater length of stay. * You can keep track of our progress by clicking on "Our Yahoo 360 Blog Page"
Thank you for your visit!
