DJ Kwikstar

My real name is Adam Caswell, i'm 17 years old and i live in Birmingham. I've been DJing since i was about 13 on different equipment and i've been making my own material for a few years now using different software programs. I've only recently  started putting together albums since i teamed up with my fellow DJ, DJ Clutch.

At first i started to mix speed garage, baseline etc but i grew out of that so now i mix my favourite styles of music, trance, hard house and techno etc

My real name is John Roche,i'm 16 years old and i also live in Birmingham, about 5 yards from Adam. I've also been mixing and making music for some years but prefer the Drum and Bass side of things. I like the same genre's as Adam so i vary my music and we swap each other's styles. We have combined Drum and Bass with Trance on occasions and the combination has worked.

We don't no where the names came from and we already had old names, Adam was DJ A.D and John was DJ Base but we thought that these wern't very good so we came up with Kwikstar and Clutch. People have commented on why these etc but we get them from other DJ's such as Svenson & Gielen, Voodoo & Serano, Hemstock & Jennings, Above & Beyond etc. But people only familiar with dance know who these are.

So we are Kwikstar & Clutch.
