Here are some helpful Recipes using some of our products:
Chicken Tika
For an good meal or appetizer: To, two pounds of boneless chicken brests or strips
add 2-3 tablespoons Tikka Masala, 1 tablespoon salt,2 tablespoons oil,and 2 tablespoons yogurt.
Mix and let marrinate in refrigirator for 2 hours. You will need a baking pan,
medium depth, put chicken in cover with foil. Put in oven for 30 minutes at 400`.
Then uncover foil and let cook for additional 10-15 minutes.
Serve with sliced lime wedges.
Bri-B-Q Burgers
For a great smokey, mesquite flavored burger. To, two pounds ground meat add two tablespoons of Bri-B-Q. Optional add one tablespoon salt. Mix together until mixture is consitent. Then form burger patties. Place on wax paper tray, freeze for about an hour,burger should be stiff. Then place on grill or fry in skillet until done.
Spicy Vegetable Stir Fry
For a wonderful sweet spicy taste too your vegetables, add 1 1/2 tablespoons Garam Masla to stir fry vegetables. Cook as normally would in Wok. Frying in vegetable or olive oil for several minutes till vegtables look slightly brown in color.
Cucumber Surprise Dressing
For an intresting change to your normal salad try this, sprinkle Cucumber Yogurt Plus over salad. Then add a squirt of lemon juice over this, toss and sever chilled.
Lamb or Beef Curry
For a delicous, savory curry try this: To, two pounds cubed lamb or beef add two tablespoons Kurry King Curry Powder Hot (this is not actually hot but more flavor, hot is good for red meats) mix thourghly. Add one chopped onion to two tablespoons oil in pot let saute for few minutes, until onion is golden. Then add mixture of lamb or beef to pot and let cook for 5 minutes with lid on stiring occasionaly. After 5 minutes add (optional one diced potatoe) one can of tomatoe sauce or fresh tomatoe. Add 1/4 cup water let cook on medium heat for 20 minutes stiring occasionaly while lid is on. Reduce heat after 20 min. let cook additional 15 minutes until most of the water is evaporated. Should have a liquidy brown consistency. This means it is done. Serve over a bed of rice.

Spicy Buffalo Wings
For an excellent treat try this: To, two pounds of disjointed chicken wings
add 3 1/2 tablespoons Tandoori Masala, optional: 1 tablespoon salt,1/4 cup ketcup,
2 tablespoons oil, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Mix this thourghly together so as to get
spice spread all over wings. You will need a baking pan, medium depth, put wings in
cover with foil. Put in oven for 35 minutes at 400`. Then uncover foil and let cook
for additional 10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
