A very entertaining film to say the least. Notwithstanding the comedy, this movie was a joy to watch. Some interesting kung fu scenes that the genre enthusiasts will find enough to keep them interested. Overall, I give this movie 3.5 out of 5 Stars.

Gordon Liu returns to the Wong Fei Hung role, in a film that features some amazing kung fu action. Gordon Liu is amazing, naturally, and Kara Hui gives one of her most eye-popping performances, right up there with "My Young Auntie". Viewed purely from a kung fu standpoint, "Martial Club" may be as good as it gets. Overall, I give this movie 4.5 out of 5 Stars

If you are a Bruce Lee fan and want to see "Bruce Lee and I" for the action, then you will be disappointed. This is a very slow and boring movie where I got tired of looking at Betty Ting Pei's big hair and Danny Lee's flat butt. The action that is displayed is sub-par, or perhaps above the run-of-the-mill Bruce Li stuff. Its unfortunate as these action scenes were choreographed by the great Tang Chia and Yuen Woo-ping, so go figure. Overall, I give this movie 1 out of 5 Stars.

A surprisingly good martial arts adventure from the last days of the Shaw Brothers studio. This movie is the 5th installment of the Brave Archer series that, unlike the 1st installment, has a very clear story line and features some very well choreographed fight scenes. Overall, I give this film 4.2 out of 5 Stars.

Another outstanding Chang Cheh directed film that features an outstanding Shaw Brothers cast! An unexpected surprise cameo by the Director himself, yes that's right, Mr. Chang Cheh has a small role as the under boss!!! It was a sure joy to see the legendary director play a role in a Shaw Brothers film. This edition is the sequel to the blockbuster hit "Duel of Fists", and it picks up right where "Duel of Fists" leaves off. This is a very entertaining action film that will not disappoint even the causal viewer of the old school genre. Overall, I give this film 4.3 out of 5 Stars.

Many "so-called" kung fu movie experts say this is the sequel to the hit Shaw Brothers film "Vengeance", however, there is no connection to "Vengeance" at all. Go figure. Notwithstanding, this is a very nice 1970s basher type action flick. You can't go wrong with David Chiang and Ti Lung teaming up kick some butt. Overall, I give this film 4.3 out of 5 Stars.
