Since learning to ride on Welsh Mountain Ponies at a young age it was always a dream of Ruth's to have her own stud. With the arrival of Jackson to our family, the search for a pony for him began. Not being able to find the "perfect" pony we purchased our first broodie, Dalgangle Lana. Along came our first Kunat pony, Kunat Jay Jay, and the beginnings of Kunat Pony Stud.
Kunat Pony Stud is a small stud situated at Kunat, between Swan Hill and Quambatook in Northern Victoria. We mainly breed Welsh Mountain Ponies but occasionally have part bred Welshies in our line up as well. Our aim is to breed quality children's ponies suitable for any discipline.
