We will hold any animal for 30 days with the receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase price.

Any production animal we sell will be guaranteed sound reproductively at the time of the sale.  We will replace any animal that is determined by a veterinarian to be genetically incapable of reproducing through some physical defect.   We will not be responsible for reproductive issues caused by mismanagement after the animal leaves our property. A certificate from a licensed veterinarian stating the reasons the animal is infertile must accompany any returned animal for a replacement, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable exam fees. 

We are always open to trades and will consider trading animals for equipment or other animals.

 We are reducing the size of our herd.  There will be a number of select reg.percentage does available June 28, 2008.  Also a couple of Fullblood does.  These have been exposed back to either Zephyr (see Herd sires) or Center Stage, our RRD Gauge bred buck from Brushy Creek Boers in SE Georgia.  Priced to move starting at $125.00.

Purebred buckling.  Born mid Nov. 2007.  Ready to work late summer.  Dam is a Sampson daughter out of a half sister to Son-of-a-gun.  (See reference sires) Sire is Zephyr. Nice little buckling, upfronted and long topped with no disqualifying faults and will be shown if not sold.  $250.00

Fullblood yearling buck.  Born April 2007.  Ready to go to work now.  Long and level topped and loaded with muscle. $300.00
