Finney County Fairgrounds notice:
We need your continued cooperation in
assisting us with our new grass addition.
Thankfully we were able to plant our previous track and infield to grass. This will be an advantage to all facility users. The grass root system will absorb the moisture when it falls. It will minimize the blowing dirt scenario as we try to move towards having a green grass infield all around our arena. We understand this will be an inconvenience and an ongoing challenge to maintain. We hope to someday have our infield look as nice as Cimarron/Gray Counties' does. Please find an attached map of temporary parking for your next SBRA event at our facility. Temporary is the key, as the grass becomes established we will be able to return to business as usual inside the new security fence.
Please review the map and try to stay in the horse friendly areas and assist us with our grass growing by staying off the newly seeded spaces. We apologize for the inconvenience but sincerely appreciate your continued cooperation as we try to make our facility a nicer place to attend.

Newsletter
The May Newsletter went in the mail April 19.
Members please let me know if you would like an e-mail copy instead of the paper/snail mail version. Those members who are on the SBRA list will automatically get a electronic version of the newsletter intead of the paper version.
RULES
Members: Please be aware of our rules. We have rulebooks available at any SBRA jackpot. If there is a discrepancy, please refer to the rulebook or contact one of the board of directors. Rules apply to non members as well.

When you have completed your
jackpot, please contact either the secretary or treasurer. There are new policies regarding where the paperwork goes.
The SBRA rulebook states the secretary must receive the paperwork within 10 days, same goes for treasurer. This also makes it easier for the results to get on the web and in the newsletter.
