A Basset isn't self-willed, oh no...
It is just Basset-self to be wise one!

In 2003, the first Griffon Vendéen made his entrance: a petit which we called Diesel. He is a really kind and sweet dog with a gentle character. Nevertheless there was something missing. When we saw Diesel sleeping or walking we felt he was a bit alone. Certainly when we saw him with other dogs. He loves to play with them and when we wanted to move on, most of the times we were not able to take him with us. He kept on running or looking back.
After a while we had decided we wanted an older dog to keep Diesel company. We wanted an older dog because we have heard a lot of stories about dogs who had a home, but couldn't stay there. The reasons why they couldn't stay are various. And now we have a friend for Diesel. Her name is Idéale and she is here since april. She is also a dog with a wonderful character, and the dogs get a along very well.
