My name is Kristina and I have been creating miniature teddybears for 8 years. I do make the occassional bigger bear but the little ones are special to my heart!
My minis range in size from 2 1/2 inches to about 3 3/4 inches. I love to use a variety of fabrics, especially the vintage long pile. I love the look of the finished bear. All my bears are fully cotter pin and disc jointed. All my miniature bears are hand sewn and special care is taken scissor sculpting and shading. I love to watch the bears come to life and their sweet personalities developing.
I try to attend a couple of shows a year as I love to meet the collectors face to face. Not to mention meeting other artists and having so much fun that my throat is sore from all the talking and laughing we do! I also sell on ebay under the seller i.d. tinyteddyhugs. I will from time to time list a bear I have that's available for adoption. Please feel free to have a look at some of my bears that have found homes already. They do love to be admired!!!!
