Birthday Wishes

12:21 pm November 28th, 2005, just 20 short years after that wonderful day that you were born. Today KD you would be 20 years young.  What would you be today?  A nurse as you dreamed of?  Married, well I don’t think you would have been married yet, as you dreamed of traveling in your bread truck, converted into a trailer, traveling all over the world. You now travel the heavens, free to go wherever you want to go, and be whatever you want to be.  Free at last from that pain that nobody saw but you. As I sit today a heavy heart longing to hold you again, longing to kiss your beautiful face and to tell you that I love you, it is your birthday.  18 years of fun birthday’s we shared, and now we only can give you a cake, balloons and love sent to heaven. I will love you forever and hold you so very close in my heart every moment that I am here without you. Until we are together again.. I send to you all my hugs, kisses and all my love forever!  I love you baby girl!!!! Happy Birthday!!!

Happy Birthday KD! You are missed so much but remembered so often, sometimes with tears and sometimes with a smile. You gave so much, so often, and asked for so little in return. I hope your \"2nd Heavenly Birthday\" is as wonderful in Heaven and so wish you were here so we could all celebrate it together. The balloons are ready and Mom baked you a cake, your favorite, Red Velvet. You are loved now and forever will be.

It seems like only yesterday you called me on the phone (on thanksgiving) and said you were in labor.  I remember saying no today - I am cooking a turkey.  Even brought you some at the hospital even though you already had some of theirs.  Lots of memories KD gave us - some sad - some frustrating - some funny - some unbelieveable - but nonetheless - she gave us tons of memories to keep her alive in our hearts.
 
Today - like all days - I remember her - allowing me to touch her toes for the first time - it took 18 years to do that - her forever ability to make me laugh - even when the Musketeers were at their best the thought of their being mischevious was enough to almost pee your pants in laughter.
 
I love her dearly, now, today and always and wanted you to know that on her birthday I wish her love from my heart.
 
I love you sister - today more than yesterday - but not as much as tomorrow

happy 20th birthday kristen. today was very nice out and warm. we\'ve had snow on the ground for a few weeks now and only today, everything melted and got warm. it was very comforting and peaceful. it will be 2 years to the day since you\'ve been gone and i still miss you more than ever. i haven\'t not thought about you in everything that i do. sometimes, i still drive by your old house and the soccer field, remembering all the good times we\'ve had. i still laugh about it, but my laughter turns into tears. its painful to think about all the things we\'ve done...and all the things we didnt get to do. i still have regrets. i always tell myself that i could have been a better friend. i could have stayed in touch more or make an effort to see you like you did for me. but we are always too busy and never make time. we have all these excuses until its too late. i love and miss you soooo much. i never had a friend like you and still dont. i feel like i missed out on my chance to have a true friend

Happy Birthday Kristen from the Steele\'s in Ohio. I\'m trying so hard to keep your moms spirits up all the time, but her heart is so empty without you. Your family misses you so much. I hope you saw the candle we had burning today. I wanted to go and keep your mom and dad company this past weekend, but we\'re going to save it for another time.....another time that we can put a smile back on their facec that they so desperately need. Dear Donia: My heart and prayers are with you and Jerry during these holidays. I wish I could of known Kristen. I remember seeing her at your mom\'s when she was just a little tike. She was a beautiful baby girl and she grew up a beautiful young lady from what I have seen in pictures.
