| I have been a Registered Nurse for over 15 years. I have always been interested in effective noninvasive ways to heal, especially preventative measures and healing that occurs in Mind, Body and Spirit. I work in a Hospital and see dramatic results of what can occur when we don't take care of our Whole Being.
I am a Reiki Master, using Energy from the Universal Source to heal myself and others on a daily basis. I have also trained in Hypnosis and believe that Hynotherapy can be a very useful tool also.
When I was introduced to EFT, it was an exciting way to help people to heal in such a simple and effective way...and also give them a tool to help themselves if they so choose. EFT has been shown to help release people from emotional trauma, hangups, stress, addictions, and so much more.
In my opinion, EFT can be even more effective than Hypnosis. The insight that comes readily available through the interaction with my Client during a session and the simplicity that enables that Client to learn and practice EFT is profound.
EFT releases the Emotional Blocks or Short Circuits in the Energetic Flow of our bodies and can be effective in a very short time. Of course, some issues may need more time with an EFT Practioner just because the Client may get in his or her way of healing by doing it on their own. But even saying that, it takes much less time and expense than Traditional Therapy which can help the Client understand the problem, know why he/she has the problem but somehow cannot resolve the problem.
EFT doesn't require an understanding of an issue, it doesn't even require belief that EFT can work...it just requires doing the technique while focusing on the problem or emotion...releasing negative blocks and opening up the positive energetic flow...allowing your body to heal on its own and open up to new healing and productive thought processes. | |
