The ancient science of Yoga has an adage that within the harmony of body and mind lays the secret of health. Yoga offers scientific and easy-to-learn exercises that provide practical and holistic way to achieve health and vitality. Yoga is not a religion; everyone from all background can practice Yoga. Contrary to popular belief, one doesn't have to be flexible to start yogic exercises; in fact becoming limber and flexible is only one of the many benefits of practicing Yoga.
Yoga in today's context has become synonym to somewhat a trendy form of exercise. Whilst the physical benefits are endless, the aim of Yoga is not simply a flexible body but also a flexible attitude. One famous Zen saying goes "before enlightenment, I fetch water...after enlightenment, I fetch water."
Chrys has been given the responsibility to teach Yoga as a complete practice that gives students holistic benefits (physical, mental and emotional) Yogic techniques are only tools to help students find their own inner balance so that they can live their lives fully. In the end it is up to each individual to find his or her own path to fullness.
