suffers pain in life: physical, emotional, psychological, and
spiritual. Our life's vocation and work has been to help others to cope with and heal their
pain; to find security, serenity, and satisfaction in life. We do this by educating people who want to learn how to heal, and
through the gentle therapeutic process that we use in our counseling practice. Bill is a Blair County counselor with well over thirty years of experience in helping professions.

Counseling from Gannon University in 1981, and his Master of Science
