Kingston Area Public Access

Welcome to KAPA Online, the Internet home of Kingston Area Public Access. Kingston Area Public Access is a public, education and government access channel serving the City of Kingston, the Towns of Esopus,  Hurley,  Kingston, Marbletown, Rosendale and Ulster. KPA’s locally produced programming is carried on Time Warner Cable channel 23.

With production facilities located in 1-11 Sterling St Kingston, NY, KAPA provides the opportunity for residents and students alike to learn to produce television programs to air in their own communities. The Kingston Area Public Access Commission (KAPAC) oversees KAPA.  The KAPAC board is comprised of eleven elected representatives, with five representatives from the City of Kingston and one representative from each town.
