3/8/05: After many issues, including the XF-5 incident, and the loss of memory of our new chief, JD (as well as fellow officer and teammate Rachel Azure. Thankfully, both of them have been returned) it's again been awhile. The organization should be up soon, and hopefully this site will be updated more often.                           

1/11/05 Update: Very sorry for not updating this site, but the Precinct itself has been very active. We've recruited many new members and are electing a SIC and possibly new leader (there is currently a 2-2 tie between Spencer Thomas and J.D.). Spencer Thomas, opting for a chance to lighten the workload a little (also having been appointed Secretary of the General Assembly at Interpol, by Daniel Laughingwolf) so as to have a more focused leader. If reelected, he claims he won't have much trouble keeping it all down, but it would be nice to have some free time. JD claims that as long as a leader is needed, he will be willing.

5/12/04: Fallen officer: Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been having computer trouble for the last few weeks. On a very sad note, one of our oldest officers, Nick de Lange, passed away with cancer recently, as can be seen from the home page. This is the saddest thing ever to happen to the Fourth Precinct and probably to the KoS community altogether.  I was thinking that it would be nice for us to have some sort of Fourth Precinct memorial to him., since he was one of our own. If anyone still reads this, any ideas? 

4/12/04: Lots of things: Man, long time since an update. We've had arguments, we got a false report that one of our officers had left us, one of our most recent officers turned Anarchist, while still wanting to be an officer, and one of our most controversial recruits ever is on the ballot on whether or not he will be accepted. It's been a long and confusing month and 4 days.

3/8/04: Full control: Angel Ramos has finally given us control of the Fourth Precinct building and correctional facility in return for $2,000,000. He had previously tried to negotiate a "blood oath", in which we sacrifice jurisdiction wherever he wishes. Since we have only one area that needs active attention, the Bronx, it was decided that this would be foolish on our parts. 

3/4/04 Traitors: NPC officers, controlled by the possessed Angel Ramos, have started attacking civilians in an effort to soil our improving name. The 4P is working on controlling them. Do not trust anyone who's name begins with "Officer". This includes Officer O' Maley, Officer Dawson, and Officer Smiley. They still wear 4P badges, but I assure you are not a part of the Fourth Precinct. 

2/29/04 No more innocent blood: A large number of S.W.A.T. officers joined the metro patrol recently, so operation innocent blood, which used npcs with deadly weapons in the Bronx unattended to combat the Vampire Marches, but mostly abandoned when the NEIERA movement gained success, has been officially repealed.

No Fourth Precinct npcs will ever be left unattended again without myself or a senior officer personally checking into it. Failure to follow rules will result in penalties based on the reason for leaving them and the amount of damage they do. It is hoped that this will greatly increase our reputation with those who were recently attacked by police dogs.

2/28/04 Intelligence Department: Bruce Zeus, long time officer of the Fourth Precinct, has opened up a new department, Intelligence.

2/26/04 Second Department: Due to lack of recruits and the fact that S.W.A.T. only acts on call, all S.W.A.T. officers have chosen a second department.

2/25/04 New Chief: Angel Ramos, our founder and former chief, has been possessed by a demon and can no longer fulfill his duties. I, Spencer Thomas, have been chosen as the new chief. This is a sad loss, but I will do my best to keep the Fourth Precinct running. 

1/26/04 Field testing: The new police issue enforcement baton has finally hit the streets. The prototype created by the  Canadian Tower Corporation, the new weapon which constructed with insolated ultra-lite steel and Kevlar. The baton wieghs only one (Wu) and when slamed is known to render even the most powerfull individuals unconcious. The Enforcement baton is for sale at your local police gear shop for $7000.

1/17/04 Non-Earth Indigenous Equal Rights Act prevails: In a special assembly today Vampire rights activists persueded Diplomats to vote in favor of NEIERA. The Group gained access to the meeting when Chief Ramos approached them outside of the Tower of Spades late Friday night. Inspired by the recent events in the Bronx, The Chief paved the way for activists to have thier side heard. The Assembly men all agreed in a unanomous vote (7-0) That Vampires, Demons, Aliens, Symbiots and all other worldly being will enjoy the rights they deserve. "Appealing the new law is just the first step." one Diplomat said .

1/15/04 Bloodbath: While preforming a rountine weapons check in the Bronx, Officers from the Fourth Precinct were attacked by three individuals from the AnarchistTeam Morbid Necropsy... The situation was under Control when members of The World Villians United (an Anarchist Team) showed up and started the worste massacare this city had ever seen. While Police Officers sought cover Gost of the White Knight, Psycho Stalker and China Doll Rieghned havoc on every one, including Dark Master, and Vampira of MN. The police have retreated to a safe location to regroup during this terrible event... when asked for a comment Chief Ramos said "we're out gunned, out numbered and out powered. This terrorist attack must have had a lot of thought put into it."

1/13/04 Vampires March: Dozens have Vampires have taken the streets latley outside of government buildings in protest of the new Supreeme Court ruling. Armed with fangs and picket signs reading: Evil but Equal, the vamps are desperate to regain thier freedoms they once had. "This is just ignorant bigatry," Said Vampira a local to the Bronx. The shocking news has reach all across the world, Diplomats from all over are coming to New York to protest this recent ruling. What's more shocking is that Rockford State Hospital for the criminaly insane declared "Since vampires have no rights, that means they aren't legally insane.... so I guess we can start executing them now." This statement was released with the news that the vampire Bloodmage would be executed on Thursday, January 15th by means of decapitation.

1/08/03 The Jokes on us: Recently Officer T. Spendlton Arrested a character known as U.S. Grant V. After a deep investigation the Fourth Precinct that this criminal had just entered our country recently under forged documents. The suspect now known as John Doe had also planned on being captured and infected himself with an udetectable virus. So far 2 prison guards have died and seven officers have been striken with symptoms.  We are currently working on  isolating the virus.

1/06/04 We Got Him: After Serving an arrest warrant at the corner of Albany and first Police officers uncovered a massive c4 stash being held by Ulysses S. Grant V. Grant Son of Ulysses S. Grant IV had these words to say before being carted off to Rockfords. "Ramos your a dead man! You hear me, YOUR F!#$ING DEAD!"

1/06/04 New York dumps it's trash: Yesterday the Chief of police followed by SWAT officers Bruce Zeus, Shadow Strife, Jake Silver,  Taylor Maxwell Plus Detective Nick De Lange and Dragon Master's Metro Patrol finished the first of many raids in New York. The Fourth Precinct made a total of 64 arrests and siezed over a million dollors in equiptment and dirty money. Arrests were made for crimes ranging from prostitution to extortion. One local witness said "If this is a sign of things to come, this city might actually become a safe place to live."     

1/05/04 Vampires not citizens: The Supreem Court ruled monday ".....That any individual being demonic in nature, or naturalized in another realm or planet........ needing to suck the life of another............. retains no constitutional rights under these United States." The news shocked a number of people including Police Chief Ramos who had this to say. "The new ruling does not mean that we will be singling out those individuals who are created differant than most of us, nor does it mean that we will treat those individuals with less dignity. It simply means they have no rights."

12/31/03 The recent Terror attack on Manhatten by Canal Vorfeed has forced the Fourth Precinct to step up precautions. Because it was the Police Chief that was targeted the Officers are on edge. Be carefull approaching officers at this time, they have instructions to shoot anyone who is acting in a threatening manner.
