Be it known that we, the peoples of the Koronis family of asteroids, accepting allegiance to no higher authority and united by common purpose hereby freely constitute ourselves as a secular Imperial Commonwealth of Sovereign Citizens, to be hereafter known as the The United Federation of Koronis.
We hold as truth the essential genetic equality of all peoples, whose political unity we advocate, and we strive to equitably afford each Citizen of our Federation the means and the opportunity to fully realise their potential.
We formalise hereunder the precepts by which we conjointly agree to define our governance, and pledge our successors and ourselves to this Constitution.

Articles
Citizens of The United Federation of Koronis are all life forms already present (if any) on the asteroids of the Koronis family and all other life forms that undertake to formally become citizens. Any life form maybe stripped of its citizenship if he/she/it is convicted of a criminal offence in the state in which they reside.
The official language in the Northern Forest Archipelago is the English.
The United Federation of Koronis is a Constitutional Monarchy. All steroids within the Koronis family must yield to these principles.
This Constitution is directly binding on all citizens of the The United Federation of Koronis. The general rules of public international law constitute an integral, inviolable part of the national law.
The United Federation of Koronis has the National Colors of Maroon, White and Red. The flag of The United Federation of Koronis is made of three equal horizontal stripes of equal width. The top line is Maroon in colour the middle stripe is White and the bottom White in colour.
The capital of The United Federation of Koronis is asteroid 243 Ida however until the asteroids become habitable the business of government will be through offices established in Wollongong, Australia.
The United Federation of Koronis promotes a universal bill of rights for all citizens.
The United Federation of Koronis will not undertake to defend its citizenry or land through physical violence against other living things, but will seek other methods for self-defence.
The United Federation of Koronis powers belong to the King for the following subject matters: State Defence, Foreign Affairs, Economic and Tax regulations, Education, Health Policy and Criminal Law. The Federation of Koronis may use the laws and regulations of the countries in which its citizens reside to settle any and all matters.
The King/Queen is the head of state. He/She has the right of pardon, to conduct foreign affairs, and to all other representative functions of The United Federation of Koronis
The executive power of The United Federation of Koronis is vested in the national Government.
The Head of State is the head of the National Government.
Ministers representing each of the 8 Main asteroids carry out business of the Government.
The Head of State is solely responsible for appointing ministers
The King is Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces.
The King, or his appointed representative, signs treaties with other states.
The legislative power of the National Government includes the power to ratify treaties with other states.
The local adjudicative power of The United Federation of Koronis is vested in independent courts managed by judges.
Judges are appointed by the National Government following nominations from the citizens. They are independent. Their office ends at time of retirement.
The Supreme Court is empowered to preserve and protect this constitution and The United Federation of Koronis from legal issues beyond the scope of the independent courts.
The Supreme Court justices are appointed by the King
The Supreme Court decides issues involving this Constitution. In particular, the Supreme Court has jurisdiction over:
a) disputes between different asteroid entities concerning their respective rights and duties under this Constitution;
b) challenges of a national or regional entity or a Court in the course of its determination;
c) claims of individuals regarding violations of their constitutional rights;
d) All cases of appeal from lesser courts all other cases assigned to its jurisdiction by law.
