The United Federation of Koronis

The citizens and Monarch of The Federation of Koronis currently hold land holdings on the eastern seaboard of Australia including in the southern and central Illawarra, metropolitan Sydney and the Blue Mountains. All of these lands, when unoccupied or when occupied by the Citizens are considered sovereign territory of The Federation. The sovereign territory of The Federation is considered foreign territory with respect to Australia in a manner similar to foreign embassies. The Federation has decided that as it does not yet have facilities on the asteroids to house and look after anyone seeking asylum on our sovereign territory and as such it will not accept any request for asylum of any kind. All those seeking asylum will be treated as though they were on Australian soil and subject Australian Law.

As we are operating on Australian soil for most of our business any spacific Federation law is only applicable to matters between Citizens of The Federation conducted on federation territory. The Monarch and Government has also decreed that all offences carried out on federation territory will in addition be subject to Australian law as well.
