Kopie Cat (also known as KC, fat cat & Kopie cat - as it sounds like copy cat)
It is with Deep regret that I have to announce that Kopie was put to sleep on Friday 4th August 2006.
I adopted Kopie from the Glasgow cat and dog home, March 2000, she had been there a while
and after spending 5 minutes with her it was certain she was coming home with me.
Kopie is a female torta-shell and is of very unique colourings and patterns
and is thought to be around 11-12 years old. She also has a weird habit of sucking
her paw, which we think extends to her being taken away from her mother too young!
After coming from the cat and dog home we thought she may take a while to setttle in
but within minutes of getting out of her cat box she ruled the roost.
She is a very affectionate cat but can sometimes just for
the sheer fun of it have a swip at your legs as you pass her on the couch.
She loves to spend her days lazying around outside in the sun and also has a few of the local dogs running scared
