Horse(s) are not considered SOLD until a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (will go toward the purchasing price) or payment in full is received.

Horse(s) will not leave farm until payment is received in full unless prior written agreement and payment plan is made and agreed upon.

We have the right to refuse any sale.

We also reserve the right to remove a horse(s) from the sale page at any time.

Coggins and Health Papres on horses sold for under 1500.00 are responsibility of buyer if needed.
