Intro - Ch 9, Ch 10 - Ch 19, Ch 20 - Ch 26, and "The Beginning" are all part of Heart of Hyrule. This page is merely a status check-up kind of thing, and sort of a legend for the book.
ALL of "The Beginning" and Intro - Ch 14 are ready.
Be patient, I'm on Summer Break. I have Summer School, though... But after that, the Kokiri King will work a lot harder and a lot more often. Until then, though, you may have to be patient. Sorry for delays, circumstances are often out of my hands.
