Knights of the Stone
An order of warriors who hold unto the truths and wholeness of the laFail, who honor and uphold the witness of sacred rites and ensure their safety, who stand to guard the ancient temples and sacred circles, and the peoples that hold unto those temples, circles and ancient rites.

he warriors of the Order are a Brotherhood of Knights, a Fion of clannish warriors to and for their peoples, organized only in their training and from within their traditions. Schooled in the art of the sword, they will be known as Swordsmen. Taught in the ancient customs of squiring, they will be servants.K
nights of the Stone shall follow a code of conduct deserving of respect, upheld honorably, adhered to continuously, allowing for necessitated changes and alterations for their continued service to the peoples, to avoid wrong doing, and to exhort the three laws unto nobility:Of Hospitality

Who live by the code of Hospitality, compassion and protection,
Shall ever endeavor to keep sacred the ways of our ancestors,
Will provide defense, protection, and honor to our peoples,
Becoming the dedicated servant to our temples and gods,
To act in accordance to our pledges and oaths,
Revere the ethics and customs of those we serve,
Uphold the tenants of our tradition throughout,
And shall remember the promise of rebirth to our kin.
We shall defend the weak and weary from those who would abuse them,
Give homage to those that are given to hospitality toward others,
Provide service to those that require any assistance,
Refuse any acts or deeds that would harm intentionally,
Accept all that would come to us for friendship,
And honor our fellows and enemies alike.
As respectful individuals within the Order,
We shall govern our actions according to our creed,
Question only the application of our interpretations,
Discuss rather than accuse in our debates of method,
And adhere to the majority of our peers in council.
None within the Order is above any Law standing or incorporated,
None within the Order shall be set above others in the Peers Council,
All Knights, regardless of Station, Achievements, Merits, or Gender,
Are Equals in the Peers Council at any convening for any reason.

Knights Council - Circle of Peers

The knights will govern and guide from within the Order by the means of the Circle of Peers, a meeting of all within the Order, to sit in council for members of the Order, to offer suggestions, guidance, support, and honor to the fellow members.
No one knight, or any elite group, is above any other knight within the Circle of Peers, no matter their station nor their seniority of the Order.
All knights are of equal voice and all decisions that will effect one within the Order made by and for the knights, shall be in effect to all knights. There will be no exceptions to any council decisions, yet the council can reconvene at another time to debate and discuss any decision that is petitioned. This Council of Peers is not subject to the fiel-men members, who are governed by the Council, and are represented by the Spokesperson at the Council. The Knights of the Order make up the Council, and not open to any who has not taken the Oath of the Trifold Law.
FUNCTIONS
The Circle of Peers is a support group of peers, an intervention of friends, a system of equal and fair observations and motivation for all knights in training and those who have accomplished their training. Here all knights may discuss any involvement of the Order as a whole and make inquiries to and from fellow knights upon actions and reactions that may be reflected upon the Order. The laws governing the Order will be made only in a Peers Council and done so by a majority voice in the laws enactment.
SPOKESPERSON
Each Council of Peers will be directed by an elected spokesperson within and by the knights. (the position of Spokesperson can be held by any station within the Order of the Knights ). The Spokesperson shall direct the Council to remain on topics of discussion, shall call and count any votes if so needed, shall remain as an observer of fact and Witnessed testimony in disputes, and shall record all events held under and during that spokesman’s tenure.
The spokesperson will have no vote on called votes, unless, after three calls on a vote there is no deciding majority, the spokesperson can cast the deciding vote.
Each Circle of Peers can call for a new election of Spokesperson, and if found in dispute or in conflict of interests, the Council can call for another election of different spokesperson.
The Spokesperson will also represent the fiel-members in matters concerning them. The Spokesperson, as a members advocate, will bring forward any concerns, questions and/or grievances by the fiel-men. These concerns shall be discussed and resolved by the Council before ending any session.
