Due to recent happenings, I now have a sales policy, and I will be sticking to it.
My Rabbits:
I do not missrepresent any animal, if you find something I have not told you about, I did not know about it. I may not always explain each thing wrong on a non-showable rabbit. Non-showable rabbits should not have to be explained unless it is something that effects it's health. If you need explinations, ask.
I have some interestingly colored rabbits therefore, when I say a rabbit is a certain color, truly, it is that color, do not argue. If it's a junior and I am unsure, I will tell you; if it's a senior, I have bred it and have determined the correct color and usually what colors it carries (can produce).
I do breed for quality and I do have winnings and legs to prove it. Do not put my rabbits down, they are only rabbits, they won't be going home with you if you insult them. Period.
Pricing:
I try to price rabbits at the price I would pay for them, which is usually never over $100. after all, it's a rabbit, not a dog. If it is over $100 you better bet it is one nice animal and has the winnings to prove it.
If I am holding a rabbit I require a deposit of atleast 10% down. This is non-refundable unless the rabbit dies while under my care or becomes something other than what was originally sold; ie, sick, rips out a toenail, etc. I will not give you your deposit back if you back out of the sale, do not try me.
I am flexible, I'll even take payments if you prove trustworthy. I like to barter as well and I like to make my customer's happy. All I can really say is; talk to me!
Pedigrees:
ALL animals are pedigreed unless otherwise stated. Some have 4 and 5 generation pedigrees.
You will recieve your pedigree when the rabbit has been paid for in full.
I will determine if the pet rabbit comes with a pedigree or not. Usually it does, but breeders usually don't buy 'pet' rabbits, therefore any rabbit sold to a known breeder as a 'pet' will not come with a pedigree, nor a birth certificate, but will be tattooed just incase at some point down the road someone else acquires the animal and needs info on it.
If I sell you a rabbit with a pedigree and the rabbit already has a name, do not change the rabbits name. Call it anything you want but do not change my pedigree. If a tattoo becomes illegible and is changed to something different, please inform me.
Bred Does:
If a doe is sold as bred and has no litter, I will rebreed her free of charge or refund you 10% of her selling price.
If you ask to have the doe bred then I won't charge anything extra but I won't rebreed or refund if no litter is produced.
Misc:
If the rabbit dies within ten days of you recieving it then I will replace or refund if I determine that it died from something I did. ie; it got sick shortly after you brought it home. If I determine that it got sick because of something like you drove for 5 hours and left it inside your hot vehicle while you had dinner on the way home then that's your problem.
I won't replace it if it gets eaten, I don't care by what or why, that's not my problem after it leaves my custody.
If I tell you at sale that if you no longer want the rabbit that I want it back, than please inform me if you no longer want it! I may give you a discount if I know i'll get it back. If I find out that you have sold it out from under me you will be on my do-not-sell/do-not-buy list, don't laugh, it's not a funny thing.
I do give reciepts, please ask me and i'll write you one.
Notice: Hopefully this works. If things happen to change I may require a signed contract with each sale over $50.
