About Elynn Simons
Elynn and her husband Ross Simons.
- Elynn is extremely involved in the Alexandria School system. She frequently talks with its students, teachers, and administration so she always knows what's happening in ACPS.
- Elynn knows our schools as a parent, as a teacher, as a student advocate, and as a resident of Alexandria
- For 18 years she has been working as a tutor in Alexandria.
- She has had 18 years if listening to students, parents
and teachers. - For 8 years she has taught PSAT/SAT Prep classes at TC Williams High School.
- She was a substitute teacher for two years in ACPS.
- Elynn raised two children who attended ACPS K-12.
- She earned her BA in Psychology at American University.
- She then earned a Master of Science, Degree in Conflict Management from George Mason University.
