Kingdom Life Ministries International moved into the area of Dance Ministry in 1998. It was then that our first leader, Minister Katrina Thomas was given the charge - "Katrina, start a dance ministry!" from our Apostle, Darryl A. Thomas, Sr. And, stepping out on faith, Min. Katrina did just that! At that time, the Body of Christ in Talladega was just beginning to experience anointings in dance. However, many in the Body in Talladega and across Alabama had not yet embraced dance as a means to demostrate the Word and voice of God. As a result, our then fledgling dance ministry encountered and endured much persecution. However, because we are a forerunner ministry and we realize that part of our anointing is to serve as "foundation," we continued on, understanding where God was taking us.
We began with a small group of dedicated members, many of which remain with us today. Not only have we grown in number, but our level of anointing and training as increased as well. We have been asked to minister during special services, church celebrations, weddings, community events, other dance workshops and trainings, and of course at our own House of Worship, KLMI. At present, we boast a strong membership of almost 20, which includes all 3 ministry teams. Under the leadership of Sis. Eboni Truss, we have seen continued growth - in anointing, in training, in fellowship, and in love for the Messiah.
Since our inception, we have been trained in dance, choreography, and the sacred arts by some of God's ordained best and have built a repoire and relationship with them! These include:

The dance ministries of Kingdom Life Ministries International (KLMI) are distinct in ministry and movement, but are all part of the WHOLE. The KLMI Dance Ministries include B.L.A.Z.E.D., T.O.R.C.H., F.I.R.E., & C.A.N.D.L.E.
As a dance ministry, our purpose is 4-fold:
We aim to walk in purpose and singleness of mind as we minister. We have been trained and operate in 5 areas of dance anointing:
Our entire dance ministry is divided into these 5 areas in the form of teams. When a respective dance ministry is not on assignment, we minister together in these areas. We are divided into these teams according to individual areas of anointing. Any given team may minister, according to the leading of Holy Spirit, the nature and/or mood of the service, or according to a particular theme, for instance when we are invited to minister in another house of worship for a specific type of service.
