These resources are provided in the interests of fairness, as I do promote resources against KJV Onlyism. I want this site to aid all inquirers. These resources represent the best KVO arguments and positions, in my opinion. If you know of any other fair-minded, reasonable online KJVO resources, feel free to contact the author.

• Check out a series of posts on the KJVO issue from Jackhammer. Jackhammer, is a blog by 3 independent Baptist pastors. Their position on the KJV Only issue is sometimes termed TR (Textus Receptus) Onlyism. Theirs is one of the best KJVO positions available. The arguments you will encounter there are not the typical KJVO fare. They stress a view of perfect preservation as taught in Scripture, and approach the issue from that perspective.

The Best Resource Sites:

• The Dean Burgon Society -- This group stands against the position that the English is inspired--they argue that the KJV is the word of God 'intact' in English. They hold the Maoretic Hebrew and TR Greek is perfectly preserved.
• Bible for Today --Dr. D.A. Waite's ministry (the president of the Dean Burgon Society)
• Resources on KJVO-ism by David Cloud -- A wealth of information and links by David Cloud (WayofLife.Org) on KJVOism. He holds a position similar to the DBS above.
• Online Resources by Emmanuel Baptist Theological Seminary (and Dr. Thomas Strouse) -- great resources, particularly critiques of books opposing KJVOism.
• Online Articles on the Issue by the Trinitarian Bible Society -- this site includes lots of resources, they also publish the edition of the TR most accepted by TR Onlyists.
• Online Articles and Links by Thomas Ross -- great resources from a TR Only viewpoint.
• Online Resources by Far Eastern Bible College (and Dr. Jeffrey Khoo) -- a list of good articles on the subject.

The Best Books on the Issue:

• The King James Version Defended by E.F. Hills--ONLINE BOOK!! It's one of the best books on the issue (although Hills admits some errors in the KJV and TR).
• Defending the King James Bible: A Fourfold Superiority by D.A. Waite -- discusses the fourfold Superiority of the KJV = Superior Texts, Translators, Technique, and Theology.
• Touch Not the Unclean Thing: The Text Issue and Separation by Dr. David Sorenson -- This book is promoted by Pensacola Christian College and written by an independent Baptist pastor in Duluth, MN (NorthstarMinistries.com).
• Thou Shalt Keep Them: A Biblical Theology of Perfect Preservation edited by Kent Brandenburg -- This book is written by several pastors and professors who present an exegetical case for the doctrines of perfect preservation, general accessibility, and others from Scripture.
• Codex B and Its Allies by Herman Hoskier -- ONLINE BOOK!! It is a classic book giving a scholarly case against the primacy of Vaticanus. Hoskier is not a true TR Onlyist or KJV Onlyist, but he rejected the Westcott and Hort text, preferring a form of text similar to today's Majority Text.
