email within 3 working days including details of how to make your

I’m sure just like me you hate hidden costs so…
The price you see is the price you pay!
On that note please take in to account that all handling, packaging and associated administration costs have been factored into the final cost of the piece. The price includes the cost of postage within the UK including Northern Ireland.
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they make their way safely to you.
All prices are shown in £GBP – yup that's Great British Pounds Sterling sorry to have to state the obvious!
Payment Options
Customers in the UK can pay for their orders by Paypal, bank transfer or deposit (cash or cheque). UK personal cheque or postal order. I recommend bank transfer/deposit as a method of payment as it's fast, safe and free!
International customers are welcome and can pay with Paypal.
All items will be posted to you as soon as funds have cleared. Please allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear depending on how fast (or slow) your bank is. Paypal e-cheques can take up to 14 days to clear.
International Customers
International customers are welcomed and valued, as are all my customers! At the moment I am only able to accept payment by the methods mentioned above and in sterling only (if you use Paypal it will perform the currency conversion for you, hassle free). If you wish to place an order please note there will be a small additional shipping fee. Please also be aware extended shipping times apply. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me, with any questions about international shipping.
Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase I will accept returns up to 14 days after sale. Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned. Items must be returned in their original condition. Your money will be refunded minus a postage and handling fee. If you need more details on this please feel free to click here to get in touch.
I will happily repair for free any defects or breakages that occur within 28 days of sale in cases where the workmanship or materials are substandard, and believe me I don't make substandard creations, so luckily this has never been an issue for me.
Any item damaged or lost in transit will be repaired or replaced where possible or referred to the royal mail for compensation.
Privacy Policy
Please rest assured that your details will only be used for payment and delivery purposes. They will never be shared with or sold to any third party. Personal details will be kept on file for 28 days after your order is shipped and will then be deleted.
