About Us

This is the website of Maryellen and John Miranda.

We live in North Andover, MA and have been breeders since 2001.

We love animals, especially cats, and our priorities are health, temperament and beauty.

eBurm Cattery

We were very active in breeding/showing CFA European Burmese from 2001 - 2006

We produced three Grand Champions:

GC eBurm's Ramblin Man

(regional breed winner in 2004 - 2005)

GC eBurm's Layla

(CFA's first Blue Tortie GC and regional breed winner in 2005-2006)

GC eBurm's Simply Irresistible

(Chocolate Tortie female)

We also produced two Grand Premiers:

GP eBurm's Harveys Bristol Cream

(cream neuter)

GP eBurm's Pina Colada

(3rd Best Premier Nationally)

All five of these cats were the offspring of our foundation queen, Bondi's Chantilly of eBurm

Chantilly was given the honor of being the first European Burmese to earn the title of Distinguished Merit

We were members of six CFA clubs and helped produce many shows

I was a member of the European Burmese Breed Council

and our cattery was awarded a CFA Cattery of Execellence from 2001 - 2006

I've been a licensed CFA Clerk since 2005

We started showing in CFF in 2006

In CFF our cats are named Foreign Burmese

In the 2006 - 2007 show season, two of our boys were honored with National awards

I am Vice President of the American Siamese Cat Club and

As you can see, we love the European/Foreign Burmese breed

the other breed that we hold dear is Siamese, particularly the Old Style Siamese

I have had Old Style Siamese in my life since I was a young child

As of May 1, 2008, CFF accepted Old Style Siamese for showing

My husband and I are extremely excited about this
