.:History of Kisago Archipelago:.

Well.. this is going to be pretty long. So you'd better go get some popcorn cause you will be, guaranteed, here for a while.

.:Rapiido's Stable:.

WAY back in 2005 I started talking to a guy named Xantan, who was the owner of Xantan's Nest, now demolished. After a while I decided that I might try to make my own website. But first I needed a mascot, so I designed Rapiido. I then needed a name for the site. Since Xantan was based off a Xatu, and the was Xantan's Nest, I decided to make the site name relate to the Pokémon Rapiido was based off. That became the creation of Rapiido's Stable. I had no idea how to do anything on a website yet, so I was pretty much Xantan's student and he started me off on web design. After a while I started doing things on my own and going to Xantan for help less often. After a while I was badly designing my own layouts and coding almost all the pages by myself. Now this was around April of 2005. Then Rapiido's Stable went haywire, and I hadn't touched it for many months to come. I finally came back to it after gaining some more knowledge, but decided that the site was too messed up and couldn't be helped. Unfortunately, I no longer have that site, even though I wish I could still look back at. All that's left of it is [link].

.:Rapiido's Stable v2:.

After a few months of creating random new sites such as Naraichi Islands, Virtual Realm and Whirlwind Forest, I tried to restart Rapiido's Stable from scratch. However, this one didn't work out as well. It started out as a pre-made layout and I just added from there, badly. The layout was really ugly and I never got around to doing much with it. Eventually I gave up on it. The old site is [link].

.:Kisago Archipelago:.

Well way back in November 2006 I started talking to Eevereon of Valley of Nightmares and one day we were discussing our websites. Then she asked me if I wanted to make a website with her. Of course I was ecstatic of being able to create a website with a goddess of website making such as her, and we started talking. We started thinkin up names, and I asked if Rapiido could be the mascot and she said sure. I then thought of the "place" of the site could be an archipelago, and Eevereon liked that word, so we used it. Then I told her that Rapiido's colours mixed together made periwinkle. But we thought that was too long a site name... so we started looking up variations of the word and Eevereon found it periwinkle in Japanese was Kisago. And we both liked it. Kisago Archipelago. We started building the website up, she made the layout and I started most of the content. However, we eventually just stopped working on it after Eevereon was offline for a few months. Then she came back on but we lost interest in it, and it was left to die. It can be found at [link]

.:Kisago Archipelago v2:.

A while ago I thought I should bring the site back to life, so I tried to. I originally started off with the same base layout as Rapiido's Stable v2 had, but edited it with some of Eevereon's old layout images. I added some content and made it more like a site. I couldn't get the images from the original site so I just stuck with what I had. A few weeks went by and I went back into the Kisago Archipelago database and managed to obtain the layout, and set it up here. Eevereon helped me re-code all the layout with the old one and everything fit together.

So really, the site has evolved since about October of 2005. 2 year of webmaking, and hopefully this one will last.
