Rio Grande Survivors!

This page is obviously not going to be all in Kirkwood, and so far, none of the images ARE in Kirkwood. The Rio Grande has a special place in my heart and always had. This page is so I can place the pictures I take of Former D&RGW Units that I have seen here in St. Louis. Sadly, not all of the original DRGW units will not make it back through St. Louis, as many have been scrapped, and 12 have been sold to Brazil's EFVM and converted to BB40T-2's

UP 8608 is on the NS Brooklyn District in Mitchell, Illinois on 12-04-2006, This unit is Ex D&RGW 5349

UP 8594 is on the Alton and Southern in Alorton, IL coming from Metro East Industries on 11-08-2006, This unit is the former D&RGW 5401, whos model I own, and the latest DRGW patch
